Service Description

Sarajean is available to consult with you on your own health and wellness goals. In an ongoing consultation, Sarajean will check in with you on how your plan is working, provide coaching and motivation, and make any additions or modifications to your plan. Ongoing consultations will last 50 minutes and will be via video call using Microsoft Teams (no software download is required) or audio call using telephone. THIS IS AN ONGOING CONSULTATION. If you have not already had a first-time consultation, go back and book a first-time consultation.
