Integration
Commit fully.
Integration is my highest level of private care and is intentionally limited to a small number of clients at a time.
This option is designed for people who want both individualized integrative clinical care and consistent support implementing that care in everyday life.
For four months, we work together essentially every week.
At the beginning of each month, we meet for a full 60-minute clinical session. During the remaining three weeks of the month, we meet for 60-minute coaching and implementation sessions.
The result is a combination of deeper clinical work and consistent support around the part that is often hardest: translating what you know into what you actually do.
Integration includes:
-
4 × 60-minute clinical sessions, including your initial comprehensive Integrative Intake
-
12 × 45-minute coaching and implementation sessions
-
16 private appointments over four months
-
High-contact messaging through Practice Better throughout our work together
-
Messages reviewed and responded to once each business day
-
Priority scheduling
-
Ongoing review and refinement of your individualized plan
-
Review of relevant laboratory information and health updates
-
Support with behavior change, implementation, barriers, accountability, and sustainable routines
-
Collaboration alongside your existing healthcare team when appropriate
The clinical and coaching components allow us to work at two different levels.
Our longer clinical sessions give us time to step back and assess the larger picture, review what has changed, consider new information, and determine where your individualized strategy needs to go next.
The coaching sessions give us consistent space to work with implementation: what is happening in your actual life, what is getting in the way, what is working, and how we adapt the plan so that change becomes something you can live rather than another set of instructions you are trying to follow.
Because Integration involves a significant level of individualized care, continuity, and access, enrollment is intentionally limited.
