Integrative Nutritionist | Ayurvedic Practitioner | Health and Wellness Educator | Yoga Teacher |Â Â Core Faculty, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health
For nearly two decades, I have studied, practiced, and taught across nutrition, integrative health, Ayurveda, health and wellness coaching, behavior change, and yoga. My work has evolved through years of clinical practice, university teaching, yoga education, and working directly with people who want to understand their health in a more complete way.
I hold a Doctor of Health Science degree and three master’s degrees spanning nutrition, integrative health, Ayurveda, and health and wellness disciplines. I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN), Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP), and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher. I serve as Core Faculty at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and have taught graduate and undergraduate students in integrative health and wellness for the last decade.
Over the years, I have become less interested in separating these disciplines and much more interested in the places where they meet. Nutrition affects energy, mood, and how we age. Stress affects digestion and sleep. Relationships affect health. Movement changes how we feel. Our environment shapes our behavior. And knowing what supports us does not necessarily mean we know how to live it.
That understanding is at the heart of my work today and the foundation of Connection Is Purpose™, the CONNECT™ Method, UPSTREAM™, and Harvesting Awareness™.
How it Works
1. Choose your support
Book a standalone integrative intake or choose a our-month package for ongoing care.
2. Schedule your intake
After purchasing, access your private client library and book your 60-minute Integrative Intake. This is the first appointment for all three options.
3. Put your plan into practice
Leave your intake with individualized priorities and next steps. If you choose Deep Dive or Integration, continue with follow-up sessions to review progress, refine recommendations, and support lasting change.
Which option should I choose?
Do the packages include the initial consultation?
How long are the appointments?
